Terms and Conditions
- This competition (promotion) is conducted by MHM Automotive Pty Ltd, ABN 73 643 793 855 of 18/28 Anzac Avenue, Hillcrest, Queensland, 4118 (Promoter).
- Entry to the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All entry instructions and prize information published by the promoter form part of these terms and conditions.
- The promotion commences at 8:30am on the 1st of March 2024, and ends at 10:00am on the 29th of June 2024 (Promotion Period) (AEST).
- This promotion is a game of chance.
- To enter, entrant must during the promotion period, purchase and take delivery of any car from Browns Plains Mazda. After they complete the purchase they will be given the option to enter promotion by entering their name in store.
- When submitting their entry form, the entrant may nominate a proxy to participate in the draw on their behalf.
- Entrants or their proxy must be physically at Browns Plains Mazda at the time of the draw to be eligible for the major and minor prize draw.
- Rental and government customers are not eligible. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter are not eligible.
- Entrants will receive one entry per vehicle purchased and delivered.
- There will be 1 major prize draw and 9 minor prizes across the promotion period.
- Prize draw will take place as 12:00pm on 29th of June 2024 for entrants made during the promotion period. The winner will receive $10,000 in the form of a cheque made out to the winner and the 9 runners up will receive Mazda promotional gifts valued at $50 per runner up.
- All entrants that are compliant with these terms will be entered into a draw, 10 entrants will be drawn at random. The 10 entrants will be given the chance to select a car key each at random, one will open the car with the cheque inside. The eligible entrant with the correct key will be the winner of the major prize. The remaining 9 entrants will win one minor prize.
- The winner of the major prize draw will be announced via social media on the 29th of June 2024.
- If a prize winner rejects the prize for whatever reason or does not claim their prize in accordance with the notification or other instruction by the promoter, their prize will be redrawn.
- The prize winner must provide any information and cooperation reasonably required by the promoter to arrange for the prize to be provided to the prize winner.
- The total value of the entire prize pool is $10,450.00.
- The total value of the major prize pool is $10,000.00
- The total value of the minor prize pool is $450.00
- Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
