How long does it take to prepare my car for collection?
3 - 5 business days, for any car in stock, depending on accessories selected for fitment.
What is the process if I am arriving early or late to my handover appointments?
Please notify your Sales Consultant of your arrival time as they have allocated an appointment time.
How long does it take to collect my Mazda?
Allow 60 - 90 minutes when collection your new Mazda. This ensures a personalised handover experience.
What do I need to bring on the day of collection?
Trade-in: All keys, registration certificate and logbook service/history.
Delivery folder/paperwork.
Do I need to organise insurance before collecting my car?
Yes. We can supply an obligation-free Mazda Insurance quote. Your registration number will become available 24 hours prior to collection on most occasions, however you can use your VIN.
Do I need to organise roadside assistance?
No. All new Mazda vehicles come with 5 Years Complimentary Roadside Assistance nationwide. T&C's apply.
Do I need to clean my trade-in vehicle?
No. However, please ensure you have collected all belongings including toll tags out of your trade-in prior to delivery.

Where do I go to service my car?
We have a dedicated service department with Mazda-trained technicians onsite at Browns Plains Mazda. Park in the service driveway and one of our amazing service consultants will greet you at your car and ensure you have a seamless experience.
